You will need to register to be able to access some services on the site. When you register your details online, it is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date. You are also responsible for maintaining your personal information via your online account as well as for keeping your password secret.
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

When you place an order on the site we shall send you an order acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. We retain the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements.
Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the ‘Confirm & Pay’ button.
Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
* the product ordered being unavailable from stock
* our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
* the identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
* if we suspect any fraudulent activity
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
Goods are subject to availability. As there may be a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
We retain ownership of any products until we have received full payment.
By submitting your order on our site, you are confirming that the credit/debit card is yours or that you have authority from the cardholder to make the payment. We reserve the right to refuse payments & orders for customers who are not 18 years of age or older.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees to representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible.
Delivery will be sent via royal mail, using the first class post. You will be notified of the dispatch date, and of the expected delivery date via email. If you have specific delivery date requests and would like to discuss agreeing for additional terms and/or payment please contact us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org.

We accept American Express, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, and PayPal.
If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be shown during the checkout process.
Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
FURTHER INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Please note that customers outside of the European Union will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
CREDIT CARD VALIDATION
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.
We will take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are prepared by our team, simply visit your account and follow the steps for a full refund. If the item has already been despatched then please see our returns policy set out below.
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order in writing seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. Please see our returns policy for guidance on method and costs of return.
We want you to love your kit as much as we do. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 28 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition.
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the THREO team. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty. Faulty items can returned within twelve (12) months for a replacement or a repair. If neither of these is possible, we will offer a refund.
Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from THREO. For items bought with one of THREO’s retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.
Products purchased as gifts can be refunded in full to the original purchaser; alternatively we can provide a credit to the gift recipient. THREO are unable to refund postage on returned gift items.
Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser. Please include a suitable delivery address for us to despatch exchanged products to. All deliveries require a signature on receipt.
