The women's Olympic Triathlon in August, at Fort Copacabana in Rio, wasn't the only exciting event happening in the tri world that weekend - THREO also held a Ladies Day together with Castle Triathlon at The Velohouse in Kent. We had a great turnout of women, with two rides being led out across two different distances - one of which took in a recce of the bike course for the forthcoming Hever Castle Triathlon (to be held on 24th and 25th September).
